Pricing policy
All prices are shown in U.S. Dollar (USD) amounts.
Processing Time
Typical turnaround time (from placement of order by customer to delivery of product by Revelaire) is 3-4 weeks. In rare or unusual cases, processing time may exceed this window of time. A delivery falling outside of our expected delivery time frame does not qualify as an eligible reason for an order cancellation or refund.
Jewelry Final Preparation
Before pendants, bracelets, earrings, and other name combination jewelry items are fabricated and cast in metal, small and adjustments to the 3D generated model shown to the customer are performed for optimization & casting success. These adjustments typically involve the removal of extraneous areas with walls too thin to cast (typically walls under 1mm). The removal of such details does not affect the customer’s ability to see both names displayed from different angles; only redundant areas may need to be trimmed which do not affect the overall presentation or principle concept of the product.
Returns
All Revelaire Jewelry customized products are unique to the buyer, and are therefore created after the sale takes place. As such, our list of eligible reasons for a return or refund are very limited to the following:
- The product was damaged during shipping (a photo of the damage may be requested before a Revelaire representative can issue a refund)
- The product delivered was the wrong item, or a mistake was made by a Revelaire team member while processing the customized data used to create the product, and the resulting product is spelled other than the customer explicitly typed and input
- There are parts of the customer’s order which are missing
- Package tracking information is able to confirm that the product never reached its delivery destination after a period of time reasonably exceeding the estimated delivery date generated by the shipping carrier or other courier service
The following reasons do not qualify as eligible reasons for a return of a customized product:
- Total processing time (from placement of order by customer to delivery of product by Revelaire) exceeds 3-4 week estimated time frame
- A mistake was made by the customer when inputting customized input (i.e. name field # 1, name field # 2, size preference) into the customizer web app on the ‘create now’ page, and the resulting product is spelled other than the customer intended
Procedure for Eligible Returns
- Refund: A customer can be refunded the total amount charged for the damaged item, including cost to ship and any taxes charged.
- Replacement: Revelaire will replace the damaged or broken portion of the order. If the order consists of multiple parts, some of which arrived unbroken, Revelaire will replace only the damaged or missing parts of the order.
If a customer requires a solution for an order qualifying for a refund or replacement due to damaged or missing parts, the customer must notify Revelaire within 10 days of receiving their order. The customer can notify the Revelaire team by means of email contact on our Contact Page. When Revelaire team members assess the amount of passed time since the order shows a ‘delivered’ status by means of the shipping carrier/courier service used, if it becomes clear that more than 10 days have passed since the time the product was delivered, the customer may be ineligible for a refund or replacement.
Payment
We accept payment by Credit Card / Debit Card.
The amount for the customer’s order will be charged prior to the shipping of finished products.
Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.
On rare occasions the metal or other material used to create a product can be out of stock. In such cases, we will inform any customer who placed an order of an unavailable item as soon as possible by e-mail in order to find an agreeable alternative, or to cancel the order.
Item availability
While we intend for our website to maintain complete and total accuracy at all times and in all respects, we cannot guarantee that all materials listed as available in the Revelaire customizer web app or shop are in stock when the order is processed. In case of a material shortage or other circumstance affecting the customer’s order, we will contact the customer as soon as possible via email to give the opportunity to revise or cancel the order.
How to file claims
In case of a damaged product or incomplete delivery, please contact our team by means of our Contact Page with the order number, images relating to the claim, and a brief description of the problem.
Privacy
All personal information stored in connection with use of the website and commerce platform will be treated with utmost care.
